I've been a really weird demanding bitchy mood, as apposed to my normal demanding bitchy mood. And I REALLY want to try blackmail but any sub who's even mentioned it flakes.

I'm willing to work with a sub to find where he's comfortable and what his limits are with in the blackmail. As well as set the length of blackmail and the financial limit. Which would of course involve us both agreeing to mutual terms.
